Our Team

The CSM Project is led by a dedicated team united by a shared commitment to giving young men a fair start in life.  Our board brings together a diverse blend of experience and heart.  With deep ties to the military, firsthand understanding of the challenges within the juvenile justice system, and personal stories of resilience and compassion, our team is driven to make a tangible difference.  Together, we combine professional expertise with purpose - helping young men transition from uncertainty to opportunity with the tools, mentorship, and support they deserve.
