Our Pinnacle Packs provide young men in transition with essential items that support daily living, personal dignity, and professional growth. Each pack is thoughtfully curated to help recipients step into the next phase of their journey, whether that’s college, the workforce, or military service with confidence and readiness.
Each pack includes core essentials for everyday stability, resources and tools for education and career exploration, and professional items that help young men present themselves with pride. From a dress shirt and tie to a journal, leadership book, or tablet for accessing opportunities, every element reinforces the message: you are prepared, capable, and seen.
By combining tangible essentials with access to guidance and mentorship, the Pinnacle Pack program equips young men to build purposeful, self-sufficient lives and it reminds them that they are not alone on their journey forward.

Each pack is designed to help young men take their next steps — whether that’s starting college, beginning a new job, joining the military, or simply building their independence.

These packs are a starting point and a reminder that leadership starts with young men taking care of themselves and believing in their potential. The CSM Project is here to walk beside young men as they build a purposeful, self-sufficient life.
Who We Serve
Our Fellows are young men, ages 17 to 24, who are ready to create a new future but may not have the family, guidance, or resources to get there.
They come from:
Foster care or group homes
Transitional housing or homelessness
Juvenile detention or re-entry programs
They are smart, capable, and resilient, but they are also often overlooked. While their peers have parents to guide their next steps, these young men are asked to figure it out alone.
The CSM Project gives them what every young man deserves: mentorship, structure, encouragement, and tools for success.
